Influencer:

Influencer agrees to create and share promotional content featuring Barrels & Boots products/services in accordance with the terms outlined herein, in exchange for a commission based on a percentage of sales generated through their unique affiliate link.

Services to be Provided by Influencer:

• Create and publish posts on Social Media Platform(s) promoting Barrels & Boots products/services.
• Include a unique affiliate link in each post, story, or other promotional content.
• Maintain a positive and authentic brand image when promoting Barrels & Boots products/services.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding influencer marketing, including clear disclosure of paid partnerships.

Compensation:

• Commission Rate:

Barrels & Boots will pay Influencer a 15% -30% commission on all sales generated through the unique affiliate link provided by Barrels & Boots, tracked through webador by unique code.(Commissions start at 15% and can increase to 30% depending on sales and engagement)

• Payment Schedule:

Commissions will be paid to Influencer on a bi-weekly basis, after successful order completion and verification of sales generated through their affiliate link or code.

Content Guidelines:

• Brand Messaging:

Influencer shall adhere to Barrels & Boots provided messaging guidelines, including tone of voice, product benefits, and key selling points.

• Content Approval:

Brand shall have the right to review and approve all promotional content before publication, with reasonable timeframes for feedback.
